  • Headington Shops Stop HS6 Suspension (21st - 25th May 2017)

    Time: 00:00 Date: 21 / 05 / 2017

    From first bus on Sunday 21st May until 0600 on Thursday 25th May, Headington Shops stop HS6 on London Road will be suspended due to Thames Water works. This will affect our city8/9 services travelling towards Barton/Risinghurst and BROOKESbusU1 services towards Wheatley Campus. During the time of this closure, passengers are advised to use our temporary stop located in the parking bay outside the “Fusion Hair/Ladbrokes” prior to the Windmill Road junction. This closure will not affect our X90 and airline coaches, which will leave from stop HS5 as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this closure may cause.

  • Closure of Cinnaminta Road, Headington (16th May - 19th June 2017)

    Time: 00:00 Date: 16 / 05 / 2017

    From Tuesday 16th May until Sunday 19th June, Cinnaminta Road stop will be suspended due to nearby roadworks. During the time of this closure, passengers wishing to travel towards Marston on our BROOKESbusU4 and BROOKESbusU5 services are advised to use the Corner House stop as an alternative. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Closure of Peat Moors Stop, Headington (25th April - 12 June 2017)

    Time: 00:00 Date: 25 / 04 / 2017

    From Tuesday 25th April until Monday 12th June, Peat Moors stop will be suspended due to nearby roadworks. During the time of this closure, passengers wishing to travel on the city4/4A/4B/4C towards Oxford or BROOKESbusU5 toward Marston are advised to use the Warren Crescent bus stop as an alternative. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Tours of Viridor Ardley Energy Recovery Facility

    Time: 00:00 Date: 17 / 06 / 2017

    On Saturday 17th June you can take a trip to Viridor’s Energy Recovery Facility at Ardley and learn all about sustainable waste management. You will be taken on a guided tour of the site and visit the state-of-the-art visitor centre and find out what happens to your rubbish after it gets collected from Oxford! Oxford Bus Company will be providing free transport to Ardley so no need to worry about getting there! Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment. Please note that all visitors must be over 8 years old for Health and Safety reasons.
